Right of appeal
EU citizens have the right to cancel their order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs.
The costs for returning the purchased items are at your own expense.
The product must be returned to Legeri with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@legeri.com. After we have received the returned package in good order, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
Guarantee
If you believe that the purchased (new and used) items are defective, while the description states that the item is in working condition, you are entitled to a warranty.
Depending on the situation, Legeri will repair the item, replace it with a used or new product or make a proposal for a (partial) refund.
Warranty period
The warranty period on used items is 12 months. The warranty period on new items is 24 months.
Warranty used items
The following are excluded from the warranty on used items:
- defects that are described with the item in the Legeri.com online store
- defects that arise from the use of items that, as described in the Legeri.com online store, are only intended as a show model and not for actual use.

Returning items that fall under the warranty scheme
The items for which the warranty is claimed can be sent to us after contacting Legeri. You will receive the address from us. The costs for returning the items are at the customer’s expense.
